14 Day Returns
Style Ignite Studio gladly accepts returns within a 14-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Please make sure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.
- Shipping costs when returning are the responsibility of the customer.
- All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or lost in transit.
- Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded if an item is returned.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
How to return an item?

If you are returning from Ireland, please use An Post via tracked post to the below address.
If you are returning from outside of Ireland, please use a tracked courier service (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to the below address.

- Please follow your tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Style Ignite Studio.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt upon reaching our HQ.
- You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.
- You will receive a courtesy email update from Style Ignite Studio as soon as your refund has been initiated.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for another style, please contact us at info@styleignitestudio.com.
Depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase returns may take up to 10 working days to return to you.
